Having gained 20 years’ experience in a commercial environment, professionally qualified in Mediation, Negotiation and Management.
My career objective is to use my proven commercial leadership obtained through 20 years’ experience, to add value to forward thinking organisations. I hugely enjoy re-engineering supply chain and operational functions to deliver outstanding results, and motivating and encouraging others through change.
I have held senior positions within UK and international Companies, and am now a Director of Collis and Collis Limited.
Specialising in relationships, I provide strategic advice to UK and international companies as well as individuals on Negotiation, Procurement and Relationship Mapping. My expertise covers issues relating to Supply Chain, Procurement, Purchasing, and Supplier Relationship Management.
The Interim service at Collis and Collis provides Purchasing, Commercial, Operational, Relationship Management and Supply Chain support to small and medium sized companies. As a specialist in Procurement and Supply Chain I recognise that many SME’s cannot justify the high cost of having a full-time professional procurement team on the payroll; this is why Collis and Collis was set up.
